Professional Experience

Ms. Dellecker is Senior Attorney to the firm.
​
Her practice focuses on employment and commercial litigation. She has experience litigating complex matters, class actions, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). In addition to representing large business entities, Ms. Dellecker’s clients include small businesses, non-profits and individuals. She has represented employers and employees in misclassification cases, discrimination and harassment matters, and wage and hour disputes. Ms. Dellecker also has experience litigating commercial contract actions, unfair competition matters, and other business torts, representing clients in state and federal court and arbitration, including securities matters before FINRA.

When not advocating for the firm’s clients, Ms. Dellecker’s two teenagers keep her on her toes. She enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time at the beach with her family. She also has served on the boards of various non-profits in the Los Angeles area.
